What is free and what needs lilCycles Plus

Free: core logging, full-calendar browsing and custom day notes, Apple Health support, encrypted archive import and export, local data deletion, and diagnostics.

lilCycles Plus is an auto-renewing subscription required only for optional estimated calendar planning and export, and local AI summaries. Prices as of August 2026, in USD: $7.99 weekly, $24.99 monthly, $249.99 yearly. The App Store shows the price it will actually charge in your region and currency.

Before a local AI request runs, you review the exact provider payload that will be sent to a server you configure — an Ollama or OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Plain HTTP is limited to loopback, other private endpoints require HTTPS, and redirects are rejected.

Privacy posture

There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking SDKs, CloudKit sync, external checkout, or a developer-operated cloud AI endpoint. Before any local health and wellness information can be processed, the app requires separate adult confirmation and affirmative sensitive-data consent, links to the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, records the accepted notice version locally, and provides an in-app withdrawal-and-deletion control.

Not medical care

lilCycles is a wellness logging and planning tool. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, contraception, fertility certification, emergency support, legal advice, clinical decision support, or safety-critical guidance.
